It is a real pleasure to welcome 25 new ME S-STEM scholars to our program. We thank the ME Department Chair, Dr. Ray Chen, for the delicious food, and Ms. Diane Ghorayeb in the ME Department Office for administrative support to ensure an enjoyable event. Dr. Zhu gave a presentation on the general information of the program, program features, and expectations to the scholars. The scholars had a chance to meet the program management team (Drs. Zhu, Topoleski, Eggleton, Madan, and Ma) and to get to know the mentors. We all enjoyed the lunch and chats with each other. We are looking forward to an exciting semester.
