Two of the Mechanical Engineering S-STEM scholars, Mr. Peter Dillon and Mr. Amirreza Saharkhiz, will go to the Biomechanics, Bioengineering, and Biotransport conference in Snowbird, Utah in June 2015, to present their research related to evaluation of accuracy of store brand digital thermometers. Both students also got the honor of being selected to present their research in the conference in student paper competition at the BS level. Congratulation to their achievement at UMBC, and we wish them good luck in getting the top award.
