ME S-STEM at the SB3C conference

Dr. Liang Zhu attended and presented an S-STEM paper in the Summer Biomechanics, Bioengineering, and Biotransport Conference, in National Harbor, Maryland this June.  This year the conference sponsored several sessions related to engineering education.  Our paper entitled: Recruiting and Supporting Transfer Students to Mechanical Engineering Program at UMBC", has been accepted for presentation.  It was a great experience to interact with other bioengineers to exchange ideas on best practice, trends, and tips in biomedical engineering education.
